NSN Murty is a Government & Public Services Consulting Leader for Deloitte. He has over 22+ years of experience in Smart City, Government Transformation, GovTech, Technology Enablement, Transformation Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Public Policy, etc.

NSN is known as a Thought Leader in the Digital Transformations, Smart Cities, GovTech and Government Experience. In the last few years, NSN has worked on several first-of-its-kind projects/programs and gained rich experience in Digital Governance, Smart Mobility, InfraTech, Public Safety & Security, Integrated Command & Control Centers, Smart Utilities, Public Policy and Citizen Service Delivery

He has led the various Smart City strategy as well as Smart City Implementation projects. He has assisted cities in developing their Smart City Vision, Goal and blueprint as well as assisted in identifying relatable projects to achieve the goals.

He has been strongly and closely associated with this transformational journey of the cities and the citizens.

Select Experience:

  • Led multiple Government Transformation, Government Strategy, Government PMU/PMC, project Delivery projects as Smart City Leader and Smart City Partner
  • Led Smart City implementation of more than 30 Smart Cities.
  • Delivered mega (Kumbh) events driven projects. The project involved organising the world’s largest religious congregation. The work involved installation of tenets, toilets, camps to installation of cameras, junctions, crowd management, etc.
  • Advised various Smart Cities in developing Smart City Strategy, goals and vision. Assisted Smart City in identifying projects and in drafting Smart City Proposals
  • Led various private to government initiatives assisting the private organisation in aligning with the government projects and opportunity and designing their market strategy
  • Have experience of implementing solutions across domains such as Integrated Command and control center, Surveillance, Traffic, Water Management, etc.
  • Advised various government and cities on PPP projects and assisted cities in selecting projects in PPP mode
