Nitin is a Partner and leads the Human Capital Consulting Practice in South Asia, with a team of ~800 professionals. The practice covers a wide spectrum of organisation and HR advisory, technology, analytics and managed services.
Nitin’s has worked in ~25 countries in North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. He advises Board and C-Suite clientele on operating model and organisation redesign, performance management, strategic workforce planning and talent development and succession.
His industry expertise spans a variety of sectors- including Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Media, Metals & Mining, Banking, Automotive, Industrial products, Government and Non-Profit.
Prior to joining Deloitte, he was the Managing Director – India , for Hay Group (now part of Korn Ferry).
