Nitin Agrawal has been a Partner at Deloitte South Asia since 2018 and currently leads the Hybrid Cloud Engineering (HCE) practice, driving its strategy, growth, and infrastructure transformation agenda across industries. He leads a portfolio spanning public cloud, private cloud/on-premises infrastructure, AI infrastructure, and data center advisory and implementation, helping clients modernise their technology landscape to support AI-led transformation, cloud adoption, sovereignty, and cost optimisation.
Nitin is focused on building differentiated and scalable engineering capabilities across cloud, AI infrastructure, automation, and next-generation infrastructure operations, while strengthening Deloitte’s global technology alliances and bringing global capabilities and leading practices to the South Asia market. He also drives talent development and cross-platform engineering capabilities to scale the practice.
Previously, Nitin served as the Financial Services Analytics Leader for Deloitte South Asia.
With more than 25 years of international experience, Nitin has worked across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. During his 15 years in the United States, he worked with leading financial services organisations, including market infrastructure institutions, asset management and servicing firms, and global banks, delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
His career spans application development, SaaS, data platforms and governance, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation, along with leadership of alliance-driven go-to-market strategies in the U.S.
