She has helped several companies comply with policies & regulations, assess trends in changing landscapes, provide strategic advisory for Government engagement for approvals, clarifications registrations and incentives, conduct technical analysis of business impact of an upcoming regulation and provide business planning support from regulatory perspective.
She has also led many various initiatives on policy drafting and assessment with Govt. agencies like Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Niti Aayog, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, etc. and multilaterals like World Bank, IFC, FCDO. She has also been part of various consultation groups on new policy/ regulations both at Government and industry body level including B20 action council on ESG.
Neha is a Certified Data Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com Hons degree from the University of Delhi.
