Manshi is a Partner in Deloitte India’s Audit and Assurance practice. With over 15 years of experience, she has led assurance and advisory services for clients across the health care, Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors. She has extensive experience in providing control assurance, audit support, IT security and software asset management services as part of advisory and assurance engagements for leading clients. She has worked with a wide range of clients across industries, including BFSI, manufacturing, airlines, transport, health care and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
Manshi has led several large-scale assessments of SSAE 18, SOC 2, SOC 2+, SOC 3, ISAE and HITRUST covering business processes and IT domains. She has also led engagements related to business process reviews, system implementation reviews, the development of IT policies and procedures and standard operating procedures for companies across the shipping, airline, tourism and technology sectors.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Financial Management. She is also a Certified CSF Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master.
