Manisha Gupta has over 20 years experience in the fields of Transfer Pricing and International Tax. She leads the sales, alliances and GCC for tax.

Manisha has assisted in setting up a number of GICs in India and advised them on tax planning, compliance and litigation services. She has also assisted GIC’s as they look to insource and centralise their global finance and tax processes in their Centres of Excellence.

Manisha has provided transfer pricing services to leading Indian and foreign multinationals in Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors. She has assisted multinationals with planning their business model in India and in settling their audit controversies. She is actively involved in transfer pricing planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s length compensation for tangible property, intangible property and services
