Manish is a Partner at Deloitte India within the SR&T practice. He is also the National Leader for Infrastructure & Capital projects and heads the Restructuring, Financial and Strategic Solutions practice.
He was previously a Senior Partner at one of the Big Four firms in India, where he headed the Infrastructure, Disinvestments and Special Situations Group. With nearly three decades of consulting and transaction experience in the Energy, Infrastructure and Financial services space, Manish has worked across geographies with some of the largest global infrastructure players, sovereign/pension funds, utilities and government enterprises.
Manish has led some of the largest M&A and financing deals in the energy and infrastructure space. He was also a Director at CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, part of the CRISIL Ltd, where he had led multiple reforms, policy advisory and strategic advisory-related engagements with different stakeholders. Manish started his career with one of the largest Development Financial Institutions (DFI) of that time, namely, Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), which was part of the project finance vertical. His areas of expertise include policy formulation, regulatory reforms, corporate and project finance, M&A advisory, valuation, disinvestments, deal negotiations, deal structuring and Public Private Partnerships (PPP).
