Jenul Sanghani is a Partner with Deloitte India.
He has more than 17 years of experience mainly in the field of assurance, accounting advisory, capital markets and finance transformation. Over the last 17+ years he has lead teams across sectors in India and Middle East, responsible for large scale financial reporting projects like IFRS implementation. He has also worked on several capital markets projects (IPOs, bond issues) helping companies raise funds from Indian stock markets and overseas markets like USA and Singapore. He has led a large scale finance transformation projects focusing on improving processes by leveraging technology based solutions. He is also spearheading the learning solutions initiatives nationally and is working with several large corporates and Universities to ensure their learning needs are addressed.
Jenul has also had the privilege of serving the SEBI in their drafting of Circulars for REITs and InvITs on information to be included in offer document and on-going filing requirements. He is a frequent speaker at internal and external forums on IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS and has also authored several articles, published in different publications.
