Jason is a Partner in Strategy & Transactions, a Vice Chair, and heads Divestments for Deloitte UK.

He has over 25 years of international experience supporting both corporate and private equity clients with complex M&A transactions. Jason helps identify and deliver disposals, operational improvements, restructurings and carve outs to deliver value in transactions. This includes supporting corporate clients seeking to deploy private equity and activist investor methods to drive value and operational improvements. Previously Jason was the global lead for Value Creation Services and M&A Operations.

Jason holds a DPhil in Physics from the University of Oxford.
