Hrishikesh is an Executive Director in the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic practice at Deloitte India. He brings over 16 years of experience across market, credit, counterparty and operational risk, with a strong focus on Basel 3.1/Basel IV frameworks. He has led end-to-end implementations of key regulatory components, including FRTB, CVA, credit risk and operational risk, working closely with global regulators and internal stakeholders to align strategy, compliance and execution.
He drives large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes, enabling financial institutions to build resilient and efficient infrastructures. He has established LoD 2.5, RCSA and control testing teams across global capability centres, ensuring governance over data, calculations and reporting.
His work spans risk technology enablement, vendor collaboration and capital optimisation, helping institutions navigate evolving regulatory landscapes with precision and agility.
He holds the CFA, CQF, FRM and SCR designations and actively contributes to industry-wide initiatives, shaping the future of risk management.
