Gaurav is a Partner with Deloitte India and comes with over 16 years of experience in Telecom and Technology domain. He works closely with clients on advising them on various aspects of Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Digital Risk Management, and Business Continuity. He has also led multiple engagements for doing IT Due Diligence as part of M&A activities. He has also worked in the domains of IT Governance, Process Improvement, IT Service Management, Project/Program Management, and Budgeting.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Gaurav worked with a leading telecom operator of India for 10+ years where he specialised in formulation of technology roadmap, setting up its IT Outsourcing Contract, IT Governance Framework, Centralised Service Desk, SLA Management Framework and CSAT for measuring IT satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

- Led multiple projects on Cyber Security assessments, Cyber Strategy for leading Telecom and Technology companies in India, Bangladesh and Middle East Asia
- Led multiple engagements on Data Privacy assessments for leading insurance companies in India
- He has led multiple projects on advising clients on the gaps with respect to leading data privacy laws like GDPR, Personal Data Protection Bill
- He has managed multiple projects for BCM assessment and implementation for various organisations in India and Middle East
He has been involved in the evaluation of technologies and applications both from a financial as well as technology angle as part of his tenure working with a leading Telecom operator.
