As part of the Oracle portfolio, he is also corridor leader for Europe and Africa. He brings over 22 years of international experience across IT Consulting, Cloud Services, ERP and Customer Experience (CX). He has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects, driving business transformation for customers in EMEA, APAC, and the US. With focus on ERP, CX, and Retail, he specialises in Cloud Services/SaaS, Customer Success, Product Development, Program Management, Managed Services, and Presales.
Prior to joining Deloitte in Jan2023, I was with Oracle Consulting for around 19 years, specialising in the turnaround and setup of businesses across geographies. I was also responsible for identifying new business opportunities that drives the next growth phase of Oracle Consulting. Passionate about solving business problems for our customers to deliver the Customer for Life mantra, I drive an inclusive culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring execution of adaptive strategies to realize our vision through enduring partnerships to collaboratively create success for customers to be our advocates. I have been instrumental in driving transformation for several marquee organizations across North America, EMEA and APAC, helping them realize value through business led technology innovation and transformation.
