Arindam Guha leads the Government & Public Services practice for Deloitte in India and South Asia. He has over 27 years of experience and focuses on policy & regulatory reforms, investment climate reviews, MSME development, infrastructure financing including innovative public private partnership arrangements etc. In addition to supporting various Ministries in the Government of India as well as multiple State Governments, Arindam has also advised several global development agencies. He has worked across sectors / areas including Cities & Urbanization, Agribusiness, Health, Education & skills and inclusive economic development. In addition to India, he has worked on engagements in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives etc.
Arindam holds a B. Tech (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.
