He has over 21 years of professional experience, including 17 years with M&A advisory. He has worked on a variety of domestic and cross-border technology transactions. Prior to joining Deloitte, he had spent over 20 years with KPMG, where he was a Partner in their Transaction Services practice, with a focus on the Technology sector.
Since 2006, he has worked extensively on buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. He specialises in the Technology sector and has worked on several domestic and cross-border software transactions.
