Abhilasha has worked in ~18 countries across North America, Europe, Middle East, LATAM and Asia, specialising in strategy and execution of managing people side of change. She works extensively with the C-suite and the client leadership to help them on their adoption journey during transformations related to technology, process and people change across ERP/Cloud implementations, Post Merger Integrations, Organisational restructuring and Culture Change.
Abhilasha is an inclusion champion as well as Sustainability Enthusiast and, works across a range of Industries from Consumer Products, Communications, Public Sector to Metals and Mining.
