He has been with the firm for the last 15 years and has over 20 years of professional experience. He focuses on end-to-end M&A projects with a specialisation in financial due diligence.
He has provided services to a variety of clients, including multi-nationals and large-scale venture capital and private equity houses. Leveraging his experience, he plays a pivotal role in strategically expanding the firm’s footprint, enabling early entry and value creation across the M&A lifecycle.
His experience includes working in multiple geographies, as well as large inbound/outbound M&A deals. He has worked on around 400 deals in his M&A career.
