Victor has over 20 years risk management and regulatory compliance experience. He is an experienced consultant within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice with a vast amount of professional experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Deloitte Ireland, Victor headed the advisory service in Treasury and Asset & Liability Management for Deloitte Hong Kong and China. Victor was a derivative trader in his early career.
As a risk and regulatory compliance specialist, Victor served a large number of international financial institutions and financial regulators across the EMEA and the APAC including secondment to ECB.
His areas of expertise includes: Asset & Liability management, Financial risk management, Liquidity and capital management, Stress testing, Risk appetite, balance sheet restructuring and optimisation, regulations including Basel, CRD and BRRD.
