Freda is a Director in the Technology service line within Deloitte’s Consulting department. Her key role is with regards to the operational management of the AIM practice within Technology and she also is responsible for the relationship management of a small number of key accounts.
Freda joined Deloitte in August 2015 through the acquisition of System Dynamics where she was director for 10 years working as part of the leadership team building a business with revenue of €25 million. Within System Dynamics, Freda was Head of Client Service Delivery responsibility for the delivery of all client services across multiple service lines including Programme/Project Management, Asset Management Solutions, ERP Solutions, Development solutions and support services.
