Deloitte named a leader among Commerce Services providers by independent research firm

NEW YORK, NY, USA, 26 March 2021—Deloitte announced today that Forrester has named Deloitte a leader in Commerce Services in its recent report, The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services, Q1 2021. Deloitte is recognized for its offerings pertaining to strategy, implementation, and change management.  

Forrester included 14 vendors in the assessment, each of which has:

  • A large commerce services practice.
  • A presence in competitive deals.
  • Demand by Forrester’s enterprise clients.
