Victoria is a Director in the Insurance Operations practice at Deloitte with 14+ years of experience with deep knowledge of the Insurance sector and large international exposure. She worked for key insurance and reinsurance players and financial institutions across Europe and Latin America.
She has broad consulting experience managing large-scale transformation projects (incl. regulatory: IFRS 17/9, Solvency II), designing and implementing target operating models. Her areas of expertise include development of CFO strategy, finance transformation, performance management (strategic planning/forecasting, steering and KPIs, cost optimization), finance process reengineering, change and project management.
Currently leading the "Anaplan for Insurance" initiative at Deloitte in Germany.
