Veronica has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector and financial services. She has undertaken lead roles in operational transformation programs in government and major financial institutions worldwide and was formerly instructed as a UK barrister in criminal, administrative and regulatory cases.
Veronica is the Lead Partner for the NSW Security & Justice Cluster. She specialises in regulatory transformation, implementing effective transformation strategies in government departments and regulatory settings, focusing on process enhancement, operational improvement and end-to-end design. She is also a program management specialist and has a reputation for successful execution, setting up robust governance frameworks, processes and tools to ensure transparency and delivery.
Veronica is passionate about finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems across the justice and regulatory sector, navigating complex stakeholder relationships in challenging circumstances to drive better employee and user experience in criminal and civil justice.
