Tim is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring practice, focusing on Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients. He has extensive experience advising on M&A strategy, integration, divestitures and separations, due diligence support, growth strategy, cost reduction, and transformation. Tim has led several of the largest M&A deals in the TMT industry including helping companies plan and execute complex integrations and divestitures, focusing on seamless Day 1 execution and value realization. He also leads Deloitte’s market leading planning and execution solution, M&A Central, which has become the go-to program management solution for integration, separation, and transformation programs. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University.
