Tom Fezza is Deloitte’s US Chief Global & Strategy Officer responsible for shaping the firm's strategy and advancing its global priorities. He leads our US Global & Strategy Office, defining domestic and regional strategic direction, overseeing bilateral member firm collaborations, and ensuring alignment and engagement with DTTL.
An experienced partner, Tom has led multiple Fortune 500 management teams through business model transformations and has an extensive background in corporate strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. With a focus in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry, Tom has served several of the largest global pharmaceutical companies, including as the Lead Client Service Principal.
Tom is a graduate of The United States Military Academy and received his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
