Stephen, with over 25 years of experience, serves as Tax Policy & International Tax Partner for Deloitte Middle East. He specializes in international tax, corporate restructuring, and tax compliance, and in his personal life, actively supports the Amsterdam business and arts community.
Stephen brings over 25 years of experience and he now serves as Tax Policy & International Tax Partner for Deloitte Middle East.
Prior to his role in the Middle East, he had various roles in the Deloitte Netherlands. Stephen served as Client & Markets leader on the Dutch Tax Executive and was the National and EMEA TMT Industry leader. Within the Deloitte Global Business Tax practice, he specialized in the International Tax market, collaborating with foreign multinationals and Dutch-based companies operating outside The Netherlands. His expertise encompasses corporate restructuring, risk analysis, global coordination of key accounts, and tax compliance.
After his role in the executive, Stephen served as the Tax Policy Leader for the Deloitte Netherlands, where he shared insights on pertinent tax developments working with senior government officials, members of parliament and other political stakeholders.
Passionate about making a societal impact through expertise, Stephen is actively engaged in the Amsterdam business community. He contributes to the arts as the Treasurer on the Board of the Cobra Museum of Modern Art.
