Susan Sterling, Global Salesforce Assets and Solutions Group Leader | Deloitte US

Susan Sterling is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP based in San Francisco and currently leads Deloitte’s Global Salesforce Assets & Solutions Group (ASG). ASG focuses on delivering assets and app-enabled services that are an extension of the Salesforce platform across key industry sectors and functional areas.

In this role, Susan oversees all aspects of ASG across the United States, North South Europe, Australia, and Canada. Previously, Susan held several global leadership positions including managing Global Consulting Transformation & Engagement and served as the chief of staff to both the US Consulting chairman and CEO and the previous Global Consulting business leader.

Prior to her chief of staff roles, Susan built and led the firm’s Account Management Program. She has been with the firm for more than 20 years and joined as part of the Technology practice serving clients primarily in the Life Sciences & Health Care and Public Sector industries. Her areas of expertise include package implementations and quality assurance programs.
