A Commerce graduate from the University of Birmingham in 2000, Stephane joined IBM UK where he worked in a variety of roles, mainly in the financial services sector, gaining a broad spectrum of experience in outsourcing service delivery, business analysis, process design and, finally, in software sales. Stephane joined Deloitte in March 2006 and has since focused on large public sector transformation programmes including for the Home Office, the Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA and the Post Office. Stephane leads the Business of Technology Transformation team (>100 people) within the public sector marketplace, and along with his role leading the DWP account, he is part of the public sector leadership team within his portfolio.
