Simon is a Partner within Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice with over 20 years’ experience in the HR advisory and technology market. He has a range of systems implementation and business transformation experience in Human Resources, predominantly for large, complex or multi-national clients. He has delivered a large number of Oracle Cloud HCM projects and has led broad multi-disciplinary HR transformation programmes. Simon leads Deloitte’s Oracle HCM practice in Europe and the HR Transformation team for the UK Public Sector.
