Shawn has spent the last 20 years working in Deloitte’s Health and Human Services practice, bringing his experience in process improvement, emerging technologies, and service delivery innovation to drive transformation aimed at creating positive social impact. Shawn currently serves as Deloitte’s US National Eligibility & Enrollment Leader, supporting systems and services that reach >50M individuals across ~34 states. In this role, Shawn focuses on working with project teams, clients, alliance partners, and state/federal partners to navigate the evolving program and policy landscape while modernizing state systems supporting eligibility and enrollment for key programs like Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP).
