Satoshi is Deloitte Asia Pacific Private Equity Co-Leader and Deloitte Tohmatsu Group Private Equity Leader in Japan. He has led numerous M&A transaction engagements primarily for global private equity firms in a variety of sectors including technology, media & telecommunications, industrial products, logistics, consumer goods and retail. He specializes in providing financial due diligence, accounting structuring advice, valuation, PPA, sales and purchase agreement, financial modelling and post-merger integration assistance. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
