René Kartodikromo is a Partner at Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte’s strategy consulting arm. He has more than thirteen years’ experience in advising senior executives on a broad array of strategic topics.
René focuses on Retail and Commercial Banking and has served several major banks in both The Netherlands and the United States. René has elaborate experience in strategy-led transformations in banking, leading complex programmes focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, digitization, operational excellence and operating model redesign.
René holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked 11 years as strategy consultant at Booz & Company (now Strategy&).
