Richard is a leader in Deloitte’s Customer Practice in Canada with deep national and international experience in citizen and business service, retail and channel strategy, customer strategy, pricing and product development, and marketing and growth strategies in various industries. Richard is also the National Alumni Partner Leader for Canada. He has been with Deloitte since 1996 and a frequent speaker in the media and at conferences. Richard also serves on a number of volunteer boards.
