Nicolas Schaeffer has 16 years experience in the areas of Corporate HR, IT, finance, accounting and controlling, risk management, shared service center/ outsourcing (BPO, AO) and HR/IT service management. His key project areas incorporated customer-centric and agile process analysis, -documentation and –reengineering, business case analysis/modelling as well program/ project management. He was responsible for projects from strategy and design to large scale system implementation to maintenance projects. Specially dedicated to shape the requirements to a state-of-the-art Digital HR and orchestrate the transition from administration to automated and digitalized service units –including the redesign of HCM strategy, organization, processes, IT and the future workforce.
