In 2026, Nicola was appointed EMEA Cyber Lead, leading the consolidation of the NSE, DCE and Spain Member Firms.
Nicola serves as Cyber Defense leader, Deloitte Global. He is also a partner, Deloitte Spain, and General Manager of the EMEA Cybersphere Centre (ECC), the Cyber Operate Delivery Center in Madrid. Across these leadership roles, he helps shape cyber strategy, portfolio management, operational execution, and business performance initiatives across the network.
Previously, Nicola served as ECC Director, driving service portfolio strategy and innovation. Prior to this, he led Deloitte's Managed Security Services (MSS) and MXDR business, overseeing SIEM, MSSP-SIEM and world-class SIEM capabilities since 2015.
Before joining Deloitte leadership, Nicola spent six years in Innovery's Rome office delivering SIEM implementations, Identity, and fraud-prevention systems across international clients. He later became Presales and Delivery Manager for Innovery Spain, leading the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Security practice and managing complex international SIEM and Security Operations Center (SOC) programmes.
Nicola is recognized for leading the EMEA Cyber business, shaping alliance strategy, and driving sustainable growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships, and integrated cyber capabilities.
