Marlo is a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP and has more than 30 years of experience in the regulatory, compliance and operational risk space. Marlo serves as the Global Risk Advisory Offerings Leader and Regulatory & Legal Support leader. In her Global roles, Marlo has focused on the evolving needs of our clients as they engage in transformative changes to their business. Digital transformation, rise of regulations in sectors previously under regulatory-lite regimes, evolving cyber strategy considerations and increasing pressure to incorporate standards around climate change and sustainability has led to an evolution of our services whiles still working with our clients on the traditional areas of support. Most of her career, Marlo has focused regulatory compliance in the financial services industry where she led efforts around Recovery & Resolution Planning and is the leader for the Lehman Brothers Inc. SIPA liquidation. For the last several years Marlo shifted to the TMT industry given the increased scrutiny by governments and regulators as well as the evolving regulatory landscape.
