Matthias Rode

Matthias Rode is Partner in Deloitte's German Financial Services practice, member of the global Deloitte Financial Crime (FinCrime) network and German Deloitte FinCrime Lead. He has more than 25 years of professional experience advising clients on topics around Financial (Economic) Crime and Non-Financial Risk Management (NFR-M). So far he covered much diverse work in management of complex financial crime prevention and also remediation projects with focus on regulation/ compliance and cost management/ efficiency. The projects included adaptation/development of sound governance, structures, controls and processes with all the necessary consideration/ inclusion of IT data, analytics plus software.
