Lauren is a managing director in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and leads the Government & Public Services Program Integrity practice. She specializes in working with organizations to take an integrated strategic, actionable, and measurable approach to payment management to help drive program efficiency and effectiveness. Lauren also has extensive experience in proactive approaches to discovery through helping ready clients to prepare for requests for information such as litigation, Congressional inquiries, bid protests, and Freedom of Information Act requests. Prior to her current role, she was an experienced program manager of multi-million dollar contracts in the litigation support environment at Deloitte.
