Kate’s experience with large organizations both private and public sector operating at the enterprise-wide level focusses on the alignment of organization structure, governance and Human Capital programs in support of business transformation and value creation.
Kate works closely with organizational leaders to identify, scope and plan for culture transformation and change to achieve the strategic business objectives.
Kate has significant experience developing change management strategies and plans to help leaders and employees transition quickly and effectively to new environments.
Kate supports CEO and CXO leaders in implementing effective project management practices and building guiding teams.
Kate is a Partner in Ottawa, where she also serves as the Consulting Services Leader for the Government of Canada.
