Kimberly R. Enard, PhD, FACHE, is co-chair of the NAHSE research committee, and associate professor of Health Management and Policy and director of Master of Health Administration programs at Saint Louis University. Informed by more than 20 years of management and consulting experience with large integrated health systems, Dr. Enard partners with health systems and communities to investigate multilevel factors that shape processes and outcomes of care for vulnerable populations.
