Kimberly is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Retail and Consumer Products practice. Kimberly has spent the last 28 years leading and executing large scale Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Transformations, with a focus on the Future of Work. Kimberly guides organizations to maximize their return on transformation through their people, to achieve desired business outcomes. Following her personal passion, Kimberly also plays a leadership role in driving Deloitte’s Diversity and inclusion strategy and efforts both internally and for clients, and is one of the original founders of the Network of Executive Women.
