Kasper is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Financial Services Industry (FSI) Leader. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee and the Deloitte North and South Europe Financial Services Executive Committee.
Together with his teams, he serves our clients in banking, insurance, investment management, and real estate. It’s his ambition to transform Belgium into an inspiring reference market for financial services in Europe. Under his leadership, both affordable and sustainable housing and financial health are two areas that Deloitte put higher on the industry agenda. Kasper is himself specialized in strategy definition within FSI. For more than 20 years, he has advised clients on digital strategies, interbank collaboration, product innovation, rationalisation, and new ventures.
He believes in collaborative and inclusive transformation based on a simple vision that touches people in the heart and the brain.
