José María Rojo | Global Leader | Business Process Solutions | Deloitte

José María Rojo is the Global Tax & Legal leader of Business Process Solutions (BPS). He started his professional career at Deloitte in 1989. He has been responsible for the Business Process Solutions division in Spain’s Northern Region and Catalonia and has led the implementation team of MS Dynamics NAV management systems in Spain.

Throughout his career, Jose has participated and coordinated business process outsourcing projects, process improvement and automation, ERP design and implementation, and implementation and management of Shared Service Centers and Centers of Excellence. He also co-leads Deloitte's Club of Shared Service Centers in Spain.

Since 2016, Jose has been part of the Global and EMEA Executive Committee of the Business Process Solutions division, also serving as Global Head of Technology for this division.

In 2017, he was appointed managing partner of Business Process Solutions at the Spanish member firm.
