Jan is a Financial Advisory Partner and is leading the Swiss Turnaround & Restructuring practice. For more than 20 years he leads international assignments and has specialist knowledge in the design, implementation and review of transformation strategies where he advises various stakeholders throughout the process. As the Head of the European Managed Exit services, Jan manages complex corporate transactions and legal entity rationalisation programmes as well as solvent wind downs and voluntary liquidations. He is also the Global Lead of the Third Party Risk Intelligence offering.
