With more than 15 years of consulting and strategy development experience, Inna advises executive leaders and board members on new and complex issues, helps them make strong choices that position the organization for long-term success, and works with them to bring those strategies to life. Inna’s expertise spans futures thinking and foresight, corporate strategy development and implementation, and new service development. As part of US Strategy team, an internal consulting organization for Deloitte, Inna brings a deep knowledge of the professional services market and has led some of the most critical strategic initiatives for the firm. Some of Inna’s recent project work included development of whole-firm strategy and implementation programs, long-term financial planning, strategic scenarios exploring impact of geopolitical and technology trends across industries, DEI strategy, and an innovative perspective on organizational design which promotes ethical use of technology, developed in collaboration with World Economic Forum. Inna holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and MS in Management Information Systems from the Ukraine’s National Academy of Metallurgy.
