With more than 20 years of experience, Hayley blends deep sector expertise with a strong understanding of how technology and artificial intelligence (AI) can transform the way clients and teams work.
Hayley’s career began in Deloitte’s Audit practice before moving into Tax, advising clients on employment taxes, global mobility, and reward. During this time, Hayley globalized the employment taxes offering across multiple geographies and established the Payroll and Workforce Management practice.
In her current role, Hayley is at the forefront of shaping how Tax & Legal harnesses technology and AI to drive operational excellence and future growth. Hayley works closely with clients on long-term transformation programs both within and beyond their Tax & Legal functions, helping them embed digital strategies and solutions that improve operations and support a sustainable future.
Recognized for her expertise at the intersection of AI and Tax & Legal services, Hayley is a member of several AI and Digital advisory boards within Deloitte and frequently contributes insights on how emerging technologies are reshaping organisations. Hayley also leads the Deloitte Tax & Legal AI Research Institute, bringing together experts to explore how AI is transforming the tax & legal industry.
