Hugo is a partner in Technology & Transformation with over 17 years of experience supporting clients in solving risk technology and transformation challenges. During his tenure, he has focused on leading various cybersecurity projects. Hugo is proud to be part of the Spanish Sports and Major Events Practice, as well as the Global Internal Olympic Committee team.
His main areas of expertise include cybersecurity strategy and risk assessments, defining KPIs and KRIs to evaluate business impacts, broadcasting and media transformation, and managing PMOs in international projects. He is also skilled in internal controls frameworks and quality reviews.
Throughout his career at Deloitte Technology Risks, Hugo has gained extensive experience across multiple sectors, participating in numerous projects such as IT audits, internal control, SOX compliance, SCIIF, GDPR, revenue assurance, PCI, telecommunications, media and technology process review and improvements, ISO27001, and asset quality review assessments in the banking sector.
