Jon is Deloitte’s chief transformation officer, responsible for driving our firm’s most critical and complex transformation priorities as a member of the US CEO’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he leads a dedicated team of professionals in the Transformation Office that work across the entire firm to enable resilient transformation through objective measurement, change management, intervention, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Jon has diverse leadership experience in transformation, sustainability, technology, change management, training, and quality. He frequently meets with regulators, stakeholders, and academia to discuss the evolving business landscape.
Prior to being named Deloitte’s Chief Transformation Officer, Jon served as the US Sustainability, Climate & Equity leader and National Managing Partner for Assurances Services where he led Deloitte’s strategy, accelerators, and client service delivery of sustainability services across all our businesses. Jon also served as the National Managing Partner for Audit Transformation, leading a large team focused on reimagining the end-to-end audit experience through our Omnia technology platform.
