Trained as a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant, Darrin Litsky is a transfer pricing specialist in New York. Darrin has a diverse background of over 30 years of professional tax and accounting experience with industry, Big Four public accounting, major law firm, and the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) program.
Darrin served as a Team Leader for four years with the IRS APA Program. Darrin has been substantively involved in obtaining advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedure agreements for over 25 years involving a variety of different countries and industries. A former Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section’s Committee on Transfer Pricing, Darrin has led, and participated in, several comment letters to the IRS and Department of Treasury on the topic of intercompany services. His current transfer pricing practice is primarily APA request representation, mutual agreement procedure matters, and audit defense.
