Specializing in digital transformations for tax functions, she has a proven track record in implementing large-scale projects, particularly in the financial services sector. There, she partners with organizations to seamlessly integrate people, processes, and systems for tax digitization.
Her expertise covers a wide array of tax legislations, including iXBRL, FATCA, AEOI, CRS, Digital Services Tax, and most recently, Pillar Two. Frankie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Oxford University and is a Chartered Tax Advisor. She is also a member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
