Henry Stoch is a Risk Advisory partner and leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice at Deloitte Canada. He has extensive experience in management system design, implementation, assessment, and audit. Stoch’s career started in the mining industry 20 years ago in southern Africa, and over the years he has become an expert in operational risk management and assurance with a strong focus on social and environmental issues management. He has been advising Canada’s most significant companies on how to transform their businesses in line with societal, customer, and investor expectations, and is a strong believer in purpose-driven organizations. He is a regular speaker on the topic of sustainability risks and opportunities at conferences across Canada and has written articles on these topics.
