US Banking and Capital Markets Practice Leader | Vice Chair
Deron is a Deloitte vice chair and the leader of Deloitte’s US banking and capital markets industry practice, responsible for leading the firm’s overall banking and capital markets strategy and bringing the firm’s practice areas together to serve Deloitte’s portfolio of banking and capital markets clients. Since joining Deloitte more than 20 years ago, Deron has advised numerous domestic and international banking clients on strategic issues such as channel strategies, operating model design, M&A operational integration, loan origination and servicing system implementations, credit underwriting process design, regulatory/compliance remediation and organizational design.
